Love this Redbok Deck Gym Bench
The Reebok Deck is a versatile fitness accessory that has quickly become a valuable addition to my home gym setup. Functioning as both a workout bench and an adjustable aerobic step, it offers a range of exercise options, making it a versatile choice for those looking to elevate their fitness routines. The standout feature of the Reebok Deck is its flexibility. It can be adjusted to three different heights, allowing you to customize your workouts to target various muscle groups or intensify your cardio sessions. This adaptability is especially beneficial for users of different fitness levels or those seeking to diversify their exercises. As a workout bench, the Reebok Deck provides a stable and comfortable platform for a wide range of exercises, including chest presses, seated rows, and more. The textured surface enhances grip and stability during workouts, ensuring safety even during intense lifting sessions. The built-in storage compartment is a practical addition. It's a convenient spot to store resistance bands, dumbbells, or other small fitness accessories, keeping your workout area organized and clutter-free. This is particularly useful for those with limited space in their home gyms. The construction of the Reebok Deck is solid, and it feels durable enough to withstand regular use. It can support a user's weight effectively, making it suitable for individuals of varying sizes. The transportation wheels and handle make it relatively easy to move and store when not in use.One minor drawback is that the adjustment mechanism for changing the height can be a bit cumbersome, especially when you're in the middle of a workout. It may take a bit of practice to get the hang of it.In summary, the Reebok Deck is a versatile and functional workout bench that provides a range of exercise options to enhance your fitness routine. Its adjustability, stability, and built-in storage compartment make it a valuable addition to any home gym. While the height adjustment mechanism could be more user-friendly, it's a minor inconvenience in light of the overall quality and versatility of this fitness accessory. If you're looking for a reliable workout bench that can also serve as an aerobic step, the Reebok Deck is a solid choice that offers excellent value for your fitness investment.

Solid versatile essential piece of kit
Equipment I missed most when my PT sessions were no longer allowed in the gym. The minute I saw it back in stock after a year I didn't hesitate. Takes up little room by my WFH desk so I can take a break doing step-ups, split squats, tricep dips or whatever takes my fancy to keep me moving during the day. Also brilliant for virtual HIIT sessions at home so I'm not looking for chairs or sofas to improvise with. Isn't too heavy for me to carry from room to room either and I'm 5'1" and not into weightlifting. Really looking forward to using it outside when the weather improves. I like the inner storage compartment for small dumbbells, resistance bands etc. Haven't found the raised surface an issue but I'm quite light in weight. Length is more than adequate for my height too. I just love how versatile and robust this deck is - will be in use by me for many years so well worth the money.

Step up and buy
Bought this years ago and it's still going strong. Very sturdy in both positions, rubber grip is great and the storage is perfect for resistance bands and other small items. Very easy to change the positions and also helpful if like me you can't reach the top shelf 😂

Good as a deck
Agree with several other reviewers here, this is a compact deck which has some reasonable bench capability, but it is by no means a 'proper' bench. I'm 5' 8'' and the length is OK for me lying on my back but there is not a lot of room to spare. There is no padding at all on the top, which is covered by quite a nice rubbery bumped surface, so if you want to kneel on it you may quickly want to use a mat underneath you. The two heights are fine for step-type activities, but it sits noticeably lower than a typical bench on the higher setting, depending on what you're doing that can be restrictive. Mine didn't come with the illustrated exercise band but it was on a discount, that may be because the band was missing. To Reebok's credit they don't make much of the exercise band functionality in the promotional video, it's a fair enough idea but you probably want to get your own bands and make some adaptations for that. Overall, I think it's a solid, compact 'stepper-bench', stepper first bench second. A big plus for me is the compact size, it does pack down easily and much smaller than a typical bench so that is a big benefit. Happy that I bought this overall.

Exactly what was needed. Super!
Living in London with limited space and high gym prices, was in need of a bench for my mini home gym. After reading the great reviews, I thought it may have been over exaggerated. Now however I completely agree with them. This is a solid, compact, high quality piece of equipment. Though it made from plastic and rubber it seems extremely durable. What I find best of all, is the simplicity of packing down the deck and tuck it away in the corner of the room.Having bought some of those cheap flat pack benches in the past. There is no comparison. For the versatility of the deck and its straight forward design this is by far your best choice. At around £130 it is a little on the expensive side but after your first workout you will agree it was worth the extra. The DVD I find is a little point less but does cover some interesting exercise for those who are beginners. The Resistance band is alright but have only used it for stretching. Finally, the blue and white color is the best combo in my opinion.
