Great product
I've been using these for a while and am still amazed at how well they worked. My digestion is chronically sluggish and as a result I experience a ton of abdominal pain, bloating, and that overall sluggish feeling that anyone in the same boat knows well. All I can say is that I wish I discovered this before wasting time and money on other "cleanse" products that did nothing or caused more discomfort. I took it in conjunction with my usual fiber supplements and started feeling better within the first day. You will have to play around a bit to see what works best for you; I take one of each morning and night (usually for 3-5 days at a time) and it helps without stomach pain or urgency. In my case two pills caused unpleasant cramping much like a stimulant laxative so I always just stick to 1 now but it does the trick. And drinking plenty of water definitely seems to improve the efficacy of the product.

Overall a Decent Detoxifying Product
This product really deep cleanses the system in a gentle manner. It also helps absorption of my current supplements. I noticed how much faster my vitamins kick in; as opposed to before I used this product. My only complaint is that I would like to have purchased an organic version. It only makes sense to use organic products for deep cleansing.

My Go-To When I Need to Go #Two
See what I did there? I’ve used this cleanse multiple times over the last few years. I definitely recommend if you get backed up on the Keto diet. It’ll push out that 20 feet of meats and cheeses… It makes pooping fun again.

Works
Second time trying a cleanse. The first one had no results for me. This cleanse started working within a few days. I did not experience any side effects. I did not follow a specific diet, but still felt better after this cleanse. I will be using it again soon!

Didn't work as expected
I tried this for a week and got up to 3 of each 2 times per day and even with that my bowel movements did not live up to my expectations. I was expecting a good cleanse but didn't feel it. I already don't like taking pills and that's 12 in a day without the desire effect so I stopped
