I just tried her recipe for "Almond Chocolate Truffles" am really happy with the results, they formed into balls easily and were really tasty. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because most of the recipes in the book are pretty similar, and it would be nice to know why she adds some of the more unusual ingredients like maca (I didn't add it to the batch I made and it was fine). Otherwise I plan to make more recipes from this book, they look like great snacks to take hiking or to work.

Measurements are in ounces not cups and teaspoons. This was extremely difficult and the recipe failed.

The photos in this book do not do the recipes justice. I would have paid more to actually be able to see what these balls are supposed to look like
