Wanted an organic and healthy solution to aching joints and these work for me.

Turmeric is one of those supplements you should never overlook, or underestimate. It offers a lot of amazing benefits, and this supplement offers a nice potency for the money. It is a 3 capsule dosage, which is a lot. My last turmeric was only 1 pill, so taking 3 was an adjustment for me. But that is only the recommended dosage, you can always take fewer capsules (which is what I do) and still get the benefits of taking it.This is an easy to take supplement, and is easy to take. I didn’t have any problems with stomach upset at all, even when taking them on an empty stomach.I am happy with this turmeric, even at the larger dosage, because it is a high quality supplement. I noticed a huge improvement in how I feel, especially in my knees. I have fewer aches and pains that I did before I started taking it. I would buy this one again, without hesitation.

I've been taking these for about 3 weeks now. I'm only taking one a day to start with and I have found my very painful shoulder joint is definitely not as bad as it was. I can move my arm better than I could without wincing in pain.

These organic turmeric capsules contain black pepper which helps the body absorb the turmeric. Also, in these capsules, is white willow bark, something I am unfamiliar with. White willow bark contains salicin, which is a chemical similar to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). Moringa has improved the pain in my hands, so I was very pleased to see it added to these turmeric capsules. They also contain vitamin D, a very important vitamin for bone health.The capsules are in a screw top, dark glass jar which can be recycled. They have a pleasant earthy smell. It is recommended to take three capsules a day, so this jar will last around one month. They are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I am impressed with the ingredient list and they are excellent quality. There are lots of other brands or turmeric which are a lot cheaper to but the quality here is excellent. I have been taking these for around two weeks and they are helping with pain in the joints. Would recommend and purchase again.

Being a retired rugby player and someone who suffers from arthritis. I suffer from general aches and pains in my joints.I’d heard about the benefits of Turmeric to help easing joint pain so thought I would try and see if it was effective.My initial impressions after taking for a week are encouraging. I do feel as though my joint pain has improved slightly. Whether this is due to these pills or placebo effect who knows.The recommended dose is 3 pills a day so that’s 30 days supply. At £14.00 a month its quite expensive but if they continue to ease the joint pain then I guess that’s the price to pay. They are quite large pills but I find them easy to swallow. Not the best tasting but if you swig them over with a glass of water they are fine.One negative, they arrived bubble wrapped and in a Jiffy bag but unfortunately when opening I found the lid was cracked and broken. However I am still able to open and close if I’m careful but it is sharp in places.
