Bought these you use with my carbon steel/cast iron pans. It’s nice and thin so it able get under meat or an egg without any problems.The only problem is the material on the handle. It feels like some sort of silicone substance, but I don’t think it’s is. Since I let the handle touch the edge of a hot pan that was at around 425 degrees and it kind of melted the silicone substance on the handle. It was only a brief period of time and it left a mark in the handle. If it was actually silicone, it should have easily been able to handle the 425 degree temperature. So make sure you don’t let the handle rest on a hot pan, or it may damage your handle.Other than that it’s a nice spatula.

I was looking for a stainless steel spatula for in the house and it turns out that this is too big. I like the design, it’s well made and it is now my go-to grilling spatula. Just need to find something smaller for the metal skillet inside.

Works well, as described.

I have used this to flip salmon, burgers, ... This gets the job done, it is very flexible and much easier to use the the smaller ones. To flip salmon this is just so easy due to the size and the flexibility of the turner. I do have quite a few other oxo products, but this is certainly one I use quite often when I bbq and this is around 2-3 times a week during the whole year. Also for sticky food getting it unstuck this is the tool to use, get one you will not regret it. Handle is soft and has a very good gripDurability: well I have this now for 5-6 months, this looks just brandnew and you can put it in the dishwasher without any problemsIf you are looking for a good turner get this one
