As you can see, this has mixed reviews. But it works for me. Opens my nose up and allows me to breathe easier. Its cheap enough, worth picking one up and trying if you’re on the fence

I thought this was going to be a great product. I tried it out the first night and it seemed to work right away. Opened up my nose airway and was great as I was falling asleep, but then after a few days, I'd wake up with a sore nose, and upon examining further, I find that there are sores on the inside of my nose on the two insides. I'd almost have to let it heal before I could use it again. I think I'm done trying to use this and finally decided this is not a good product. Looking elsewhere. But final result, I would not recommend.

It feels weird having it inside the nose

It dosen't irritate my nose like the strips and works better I've been using it frequently for several weeks and it's worked great every time very comfortable size was perfect seems to be a good value for the money holds up well to washing and reuse so I'd say durability isn't a issue

We really like this product over others. The product doesn't irritate the inside of your nose like "mute" does. It works for a longer period of time over other products.

Item does not work as advertised. Does not dilate nostrils at all, it is a waste of money and time. I don’t know if it’s defective or just a terrible design, I have used other dilators and this is not at all comparable, it is dangerous. Worst of all it is not retournable, which was NOT made clear when ordering, so I am stuck with a defective and dangerous product.

Product wasn’t too noticeable but wouldn’t stay in while I move around in my sleep. After an about a week of using it I stopped because it wasn’t worth the hassle of trying to keep in. Did allow for better airflow while I was awake before bed though.

Realistically the success of this depends on the internals of your nose,For me this makes me sleep so much better and made me realize I probably should get nasal surgery to fix my nose but in the meantime this is the best option and makes it possible for me to breathe through my nose when i sleep at night.
