I've used Dr Goss's products since I was 30. I really like that saw palmetto. I have my own reasons for liking it but I'm 65 and it still works ..haha.I think it made my bust grow.If you think Dr Goss's products don't work you need to detox real bad?

This is my go-to multivitamin. I’m rarely sick, and I believe this helps. Thankful for Dr. P Goss and his story. These are quality vitamins in vegicaps.

Use it daily as a multivitamin

After the 3rd day of taking this vitamin I started having muscle/nerve pain in my back, leg and arm. I was convinced in the beginning that it wasn’t the vitamin. But I decided to stop taking the Vitamin for one day just see if possibly that was it. I immediately felt better and the pain slowing subsided! I’m currently taking the HIR vitamin which works great and also the reason I ordered this one! The one ingredient in this one that’s not in the HIR vitamin is Dandelion so I’m not sure if I’m allergic to that? But this particular one didn’t agree with my body at all! I was disappointed because I wanted it to work seeing as though it’s said to be veggie capsules with no fillers in it. But my body said otherwise.
