Carefully packed and easy to store (but why would you put it away?!)It has the option to detach the shiatsu pillow or to keep it with the massage mat (heated or not). Straight-forward to use and with a remote control to select different methods of massage/ vibration.Great value for money and ideal for a relaxing night routine - the pillow relaxed my neck tension (which was giving me headaches) in just a few minutes, and the heated option is very gentle (not like other products that make you uncomfortably sweaty).I would absolutely recommend it! I also have a scalp massager from this brand. Another very good quality product.

It massages your neck and back. I liked the neck massager a little bit better than the rest of it, but it's all good. There's also the option to detach the neck massager completely and use it as an individual unit. The material feel and quality is amazing.

Not satisfactory, the mat merely vibrates and not massages whilst the head section/pillow is very uncomfortable when it’s roller balls massage the neck (needs bit more padding)!Though it has different settings to target specific parts of the body as well as differing speeds. I found it wasn’t very noticeable.I’m returning mine as it’s not even worth me keeping it as I’ll not gain anything from the vibrations. The only bit that worked well was the mat warming up.I would not recommend, not if you want to feel like you’re undoing knots.

A great massage bed for all round use, easy to operate and 4 powerful massage areas

This is a nice mat that vibrates. It doesnt give you a deep massage. The heat option is good and it has a massage mechanism near the neck which is the only place it provides an actual massage. It's well made and delivery was good.

I am so glad I chose to purchase this! The shiatsu massager instantly helped with my neck pain and the warm vibration from the main mat is lovely. I have used this every evening since purchase. I have put it on my sofa and use a footstool to raise up my legs, the warmth goes right from top to bottom. Extending my warrantee was easy and I now have peace of mind that I will have this luxury for 3 years.
