Wow! Everything about this company and their product is amazing, and I cannot stress this enough.First, my experience:I first ordered this plant on a Sunday night, and it arrived on Tuesday. Quick and early sniping, so that was great. However, when the plant arrived, there were some small issues with the plant. Please keep in mind that these issues were not a big deal, and was only a slight yellowing of the leaves. I contacted the seller, to see if there was anything they could do about it. First thing I noticed was their exceptional customer service. I received a response on the same day, a few hours after I sent mine. They requested for some pictures of the plant, which is normal. After sending them, they quickly apologized and sent another culture to my house. I received this two days later. The pictures attached are the second batch. As you can see, they are a healthy vibrant green color. All throughout this, they had great customer service, and were incredibly polite. For their customer service alone, please consider purchasing their products. We need many more sellers such as them.For the product:Anybody familiar with tissue cultures knows that they have great value. Don’t let the size fool you, there is a lot of this plant in the culture. I prefer tissue cultures because they are snail and pest free. I grow mine in an emmersed set up, which allows them to develop strong roots. I have pictures displaying the product I received. As you can see, the original case I received my plant in was not that large. However, I was able to divide my plant into many smaller sections, and plant them. Now, there seems to be a lot of the same plant in my set up.Once again, I cannot stress how wonderful this company along with their product is. I will continue to be a customer here. I feel that the importance of customer service needs to be more emphasized.Lol if you made it to the end of my review, thanks a lot for your time. Please consider this product

I used this plant as an accent to cover some blank space in my tank while I wait for the stem plants to grow in. It arrived in excellent visible condition, however, the plant deteriorated and the roots died, floating to the top mere days after it was planted. I’ve never had this problem before. This was a complete waste of $20, and I wish I had spent it on something else.

We were really excited about getting these to plant in our scape, and it seemed like it took forever to get them. In reality, it was only about 5 days. Next time, I will order 2 day shipping or something. They were delivered USPS, and the package came in a nice foil pouch that fit in my mailbox. I will definitely keep my eyes out for the delivery if the temp outside gets to be one extreme or the other, but other than that, they arrived healthy. The plants came in nice cups, were really green, and had no odor to them. Really impressed with the plants, so much so, we ordered more (different species). Provided my next plants come like the first, I will purchase from this seller again.Note: We did not have the space in our scape to use the 2 cups we purchased. We used a little over one cup in the tank (8 gallon) you see in the pic.Update: See third picture...

What a frustrating experience - these plants came just as pictured, vibrant and healthy. I planted them in a planted aquarium with expensive Aqua Soil and strong lighting and they all just withered and died. I was hoping for a lush carpet but these must be very hard to grow. All other plants are doing well. They did have small roots when the clump was divided, but this process is a painstaking process since they are all entangled and very delicate. Planted in clumps using long tweezers in the aquasoil as you see in the picture but a couple of weeks later and nothing is really living anymore.UPDATE: I have to update my review because after it seemed everything died, several areas did come back and are now slowly spreading. This just seems like a difficult one to get going but now that it is going in the Aquasoil, I am pleased with it. See updated photos, and note, this is 7 months later.

Five stars for quality of the plants, but my experience was a 1 star just due to the inverts already in my tanks. The plants were high quality and might have done ok if I didn't have strong populations of mystery snails in most of my aquariums. I love the snails, and these snails LOVED to uproot and feed on these plants, so I had to put petri dishes on them to "fence" them off from the snails while the plants established roots. Didn't matter in the long run, though, as soon as I took off the covers, the snails ravaged them. Live and learn, I guess.

The plants looked fine when they arrived. I planted them very carefully. It's been over a month and I have only a few that are left. I have a Fluval light, so I know my lighting is good. I did not have fish in the tank until a week ago, so I know the plants had every chance at getting a good start. Disappointed in the plant.

I've ordered this product twice, the first time what I received was not Monte Carlo but pearlweed which you can see in the picture I've added. It's cute though so I thought whatever, might as well order more of this and just make a pearlweed carpet, I order for a second time and get actual Monte Carlo. Annoying. Had to pull the pearlweed up and plant it in a corner of my tank and then try and get the real Monte Carlo started in it's place. It seems to be growing fine just a little sparse since my first order was inaccurate.
