While the chopper is sleek and handy but when it comes to quality not that great. I purchased it last month n in less than a month the string got stuck in the handle. While it was in warranty but there is no way one can avail it as u have to visit the service centre for repair. There is only 1 service centre in mumbai that too in town . In nutshell Unhappy with the purchase
