EMINENCE PXB33K5 3-Way Board Crossover

Installed a pair in a pair of optimus mach 3s,crossover in one the tweeter section was fading. Did the usual procedures to figure out it was the crossover. Like switching tweeter from one to other speaker, tweeter was good. So obviously crossover is the suspect. Was a bit of an undertaking. Patience and labeling and takin pics before you start cuttn wires is a MUST. These eminence crossovers were much larger than the originals. And when i had one in and compared the two in sound.,definitely had to replace other. 2 different sounds not good in a system. So get 2. After tweaking with EQ, a new life has been breathed into the machs. The high compression tweeters and midrange now are alive. Clear,accurate,like never before. And the bass is a new punchy ,sharper well rounded,and low hit i havent heard before. Very nice upgrade. Just take your time and relax installing these dont hurry ,and the outcome will be just like mine,perfect.

I used these in my DIY floor speakers: MDF Cabinet- Polk V65 in-walls (disconnected the factory crossover), Polk Woofer, SKAR Audio midrange. They provide clear, neutral sound with a big soundstage and great detail. Been using them for about 9 months. I would purchase them again if I build more speakers.

these were ease to connect, I included a pair of PX-LPAD Crossover L-Pad Attenuators so I have control over the mid and high volumes, while not necessary it is ideal to be able to have complete control of the sound! I adjust them at the beginning of each event so they're sounding the best possible for the room/space and the speakers sound amazing!

I used these xovers to replace some cheap 6db per octave Cerwin Vega xovers. The mids and tweets came to life immediatly. The difference in cutoff is night and day. The crossover points are exactly what I would have built myself.

Clean quality, sound incredible. Does exactly what they claim by far, and the bass is house shaking these are far from lightweight hitters

I ordered these on a guess to replace the blown crossovers in my Boston Acoustic T930's. All I can say is WOW ! They sound better than the originals and handle way more power. Thanks Eminence for making this awesome crossover, my BA's never sounded better.

I'm not an audiophile but in know good sound reproduction when I hear it.Use these for a second rebuild of some late 70s Trans Audio cabinets. Road speaks.Generic 10" woofers, Pyle mids and a buddy kicked down a couple Miller & Kreisel tweets.With this x-over network, these babies sound every bit as good as my mint JBL L65 Jubals and are the workhorse of my rig.Highly recommended.Have no plans for any new builds but am keeping a pair on the shelf in case they become scarce which I believe they will.Money well spent.
