20084 Satori Stool, 24", Black

I received it with 3 Lefts legs and only one right leg!

This stool is wonderful. It had easy to follow directions. Easy to put together. It is so sturdy and well made. It’s comfortable to sit in. I bought it in Black and it is so beautiful.

Nice hardwood material, well written-instructions, easy assembly.Allen key included, though it was stripped by the time I was done tightening those large screws; on the plus side it had an extra long handle that gave me much better leverage. You may want to use something better than a disposable if you have it, it will make assembly easier. I tried a ratchet screwdriver with a Torx 25 bit (fitted nicely) but the leverage was not there and it made the job harder.Stool is sturdy, adding a dab of glue at connections would not make it much sturdier. Makes sure to assemble LOOSE first, and only tighten once all the parts are connected, or you may have issues. When doing the lateral bars/footrests, make sure the tenon is fully inserted before calling it "done" - some had some slack and tended to slip out, giving a false impression the screw was as tight as possible (it wasn't).Otherwise, a nice kit, an hours project, and a piece of furniture that looks like it will last quite a while.

Poor quality hardware. Screws and allan key are made of a cheap material, and strip very easily. Once stripped, it is impossible to correct. We bought four stools, and the experiance was absolutely frustrating. Funny enough, we ended up using Ikea allan keys, because guess what, they dont strip. We still had to be carefull, because the screws are still a problem. Do not cheap out on your hardware. Wood quality was good, and we have no complaints. It is the small things, that are associated with a purchase, that will ruin it for your customers. My wife and I, if we like a vender, will go back and continue to purchase from that same vender. Price is only a portion of the consideration. Now after this rant, you would think that we will be returing the four chairs, but we will not. Change your hardware so your future customers will not have the same experience.

Before buying your stools, measure distance from counter to floor. These stools are 24 and there great. Stools are sturdy and color matches our dinner table and kitchen furnishings.
