Absolutely Good product (what I got)
For the price it’s worth buying. I did run test , it’s like brand new no faults. Speed great. For OS 10 pro good for this laptop. It has back up battery too. Definitely can use over 5 hours with light work. Battery considerably good.But do not expect this as the add picture description. It doesn’t have fingerprint scanner in this generation. Seller failed to deliver what it describes overall, in that matter only. The seller gave me ENG keyboard as per request even though it had some pain mark which we can remove hard. Sound card and speakers for the price ok. Processor, cash, ram, display ,HD , charger battery all perfect for this price.As a computer tech guy I recommend the laptop and seller (Al Madani Electronics)

Unlucky buy
I had bought the Lenovo Thinkpad T470 earlier from the same vendor and that was a wonderful laptop. I decided to buy a second one. The second laptop looked good initially but a lot of things were off. They are:1. The laptop didn't even start probably due to faulty battery or power distributor.2. The weight of the device was not as described. It was much heavier than the T470 I bought earlier.3. The T470 I bought earlier had touch screen. This one did not. I was DISAPPOINTED.4. While refurbishing, they tried to do a decent job cleaning it up but the touch point mouse was filled with grime and dirt.I guess I was unlucky this time round. Life really is a box of chocolates.

I received the Laptop well in time, and over all condition found good. But Laptop windows operating system is not genuine or activated. I contacted seller via contact number mentioned on the site, but nobody responded, I also sent a chat message and waiting for seller response.

Met expectations
It’s the first time I order a laptop online. Thanks to Pcmart and especially to Mr. Marcus for his good assistance.The laptop was in good new condition and exactly the same as written in the description. It came with an extra laptop bag which I needed to carry the laptop around and that’s a good well-gesture from their side.Definitely I will order again from this market in the future.

Not as per described
I perched 2 laptop both working fineThis time 3rd one is very bad 1.charger is not 65W only 40w2. Too slow3. Battery drain very fast 1.5 hrs only4.

I would recomend amazon..
Im happy with the unit clean look like brandnew,unit working fine.only i dont like the charger its to heavy and the rated voltage not match with the unit.
