Great bag however….
Bought this bag April 2024, now let’s fast forward to November 2024.Great looking bag, holds my PPE, 2 handguns (easily), ammo, ton of space, etc.Recently, one of the should strap spring clip buckles broke and its unable to stay in the locked position. Carrying around the bag and walking around with it, the buckle would eventually pop out of place and the bag would drop.See the pictures I posted of the shoulder strap buckle, one that’s locked in place (circled in blue) and the other that’s unable to lock in place (circled in green). This has been my one and only hiccup with the bag.Now typically I would give this a lesser rating due to the issue, BUT, I searched the order that I had placed on Amazon in April and seen that I could get product support.Clicked on the tab, it took me to smith and Wesson customer service phone number, I talked with a smith and Wesson representative. All they required was photos of the defect, and a screenshot of proof that I purchased it through Amazon. No other questions asked and within a week they sent me a new bag.Correct, a new bag! Most importantly for FREE!I paid like $79.99 for it back in April and they just sent me another bag for FREE! LolI thought they would just send the should strap but it was the whole bag, should strap everything. So now I’ve got 2 bags lolI did explain that I just needed the shoulder strap but the representative informed me that the factory does not store parts for the bags, so obtaining a new shoulder strap just was not going to happen. Even though I’m sure would’ve been a whole lot cheaper for smith and Wesson lolAnyways, just the customer service that smith and Wesson provided, no hassle, is why I’m giving this product a 5 star rating. Hoping this new bag the shoulder strap spring buckle holds up and was just a one in a million defective part with my old bag.Luckily one of my co-workers who I go to the range with had an extra shoulder strap, and eventually I was able to replace the old shoulder strap. You can also buy the shoulder strap for like $15 through Amazon as well. But I’ve got to give smith and Wesson some props for giving me 2 bags for the price of one because of such a minor defect. Now you know what to do incase you have a similar problem. Your welcome.

Well Made-Versitile-Good Value
The perfect range bag. I looked at a decent number of bags to stow my gear in for trips to the range before deciding on this one. I carry a decent amount of gear whenever I shoot, everything from a large hollow ground screwdriver set to brass and plastic hammers to cleaning kits, to say nothing of the pistols, ammo, extra magazines, ear and eye protection. I also shoot no less than twice a week and most often 3-4 times. So to say I was looking for a well made, heavy duty bag would be something of an understatement. And yet this S&W officer’s model didn’t disappoint. The first thing I noticed when unpacking the thing was just how much it weighed. Between the extra thick material and the heavy duty zippers the bag had a bit of heft. Not so much as I’d worry about it being too heavy to carry when full, just a nice amount of heft, if you will. Upon further inspection I was impressed with those heavy duty zippers which glide nicely on their tracks, and the weight of the material they’re sewn to means there’s not tons of movement when pulling on them, so no real chance of them “biting” the bag and getting jammed. The bag itself has more than enough compartments to hold several pistols, extra magazines, and all of my gear comfortably and without forcing anything. I love that the inside compartments lift out for easy loading. The two “pistol bags are great as they ensure that the guns I put in them won’t ever brush up against anything else. And there are enough other internal compartments to ensure the same for additional guns that I bring. The ammo holder has been a neat little touch. It reminds me of a cup holder in a car. Not so helpful if you’re plinking with .22’s due to its mesh bottom, but plenty useful when I’m training with my .45 or .357.After looking at a good many bags priced anywhere from $25-$130 I feel like this one was a great choice. Well made, does everything I need it to do, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Worth every penny!
I wanted something larger and had more storage pockets than what I currently have. My old bag was good and did the job. But I started bring more gear and needed to store things in another bag. Time for something bigger.Did lots of looking around and comparing. This is more than I originally wanted to spend on a bag, but looking at other bags, they were more expensive and did not offer much more other than their name brand.I took a shot at this and am I glad I did! This is a nice size range bag. Lots of compartments. It has 14 magazine storage loops total. That is impressive. Plenty of space for multiple eye protection and hearing protection. Two nice size removable sleeves for pistols. A removable inner padded unit and a mesh bottom bag for shell casings if you reload and pick up brass.(I am always picking up brass on the range, makes reloading a bit cheaper.)I have put everything from two different bags into this bag and now want to get more things to put in it.It is a large bag, to the point where I had to find a new place to put my range bag.All of that being said, I love this bag, glad it took the leap. It is sturdy and built well. It is going to last a long time.

Big bag
This is a very nice range bag and is laid out very well. It is definitely worth the extra $10 from everything else on Amazon. It will hold everything and more for range time. Plenty of pockets pouches etc.
