I bought this a couple years ago and was AMAZED at how my memory switched on! I won Scrabble for the first time in months lol. This supplement also helped renew my health in other ways. I was having muscle pain and feeling tired and weak all the time. This supplement changed all of that within days...and within weeks I noticed complete reversal of my health issues. I had done research on other supplements trying to troubleshoot my issues and this is the one I tried. I figured that since our brains are the computer that runs our bodies...this supplement should help...and it really did. Now I'm buying it for my elderly parents. I highly recommend this particular brand (it's the only one I have experienced personally).

Taking in place of another brand of urolithin A and have no complaints! Seems to be helping just the same as the other supplement did from a different company.

Renual is a dietary supplement made for healthy aging. It contains trans-resveratrol, urolithinA and CQ10. Based on the trademarks it's using quality ingredients. When you open the bottle there's zero to little smell. The small capsules are easy to swallow. As I saw in some other reviews the inside of the capsule does appear to contain a very small amount of liquid. It's hard to review supplements as it would take a long time to see benefits. However with these I immediately see a difference in energy. They seem to work.

Appears to be a good overall choice for this supplement. It had enough information for it to be trustworthy to me and appears to be what it says it is. Has contact info for the manufacturer and it appears to be a supplier that's been around for a while, not just a relabeled generic product.Packaging was secure and had safety seals intact. Plenty of time left on expiration. Capsules were all intact with no damage or leaking. No loose powder in the container.I found the capsules to be odorless and tasteless, easy to swallow.

It is amazing what you can find in a bottle these days and more so what many products claim to do. The big phase right now is powered fruits and vegetables in capsules.It is hard if not impossible to critique supplements because how do you really know they are helping or better than another type or brand? Very difficult to know because any effect positive or negative, can be so gradual. Who knows for sure? I got this because I like that it had multiple products in one capsule. In addition, the company seems to be a trusted brand, so that helps when selecting supplements.The dosage of 250mg Mitopure Urolithin A doesn't seem to be extremely high. But it also includes 150mg resveratrol, and 60mg CoQ10.Because I believe that mitochondrial health is super important I'm willing to take these supplements even if there's no way to tell results up front. As with all supplements I'm banking on the fact that my long-term health will benefit from today's actions.The bottle is very utilitarian, which I don't really prefer. I wish it had some style and branding. Doesn't make me excited to take this. But it was packaged well and came with cotton inside and the pills are easy to swallow.
