Bergamot Flavour should be stronger, mild now
Flavour is mild, could be somewhat stronger, pricing is high but better than other similar products. Packaging could be resealable, right now tightly packed so bit difficult to extract from bag without breaking leaves. Wonder if you can offer it in varying flavours like mild, medium or strong. Ordered it many times now if that says something.

Earl Grey in name only! A waste of money!!
The flavour of Bergamot is very chemical like /artificial. Hardly Citrusy. To call it Earl Gray is a gross exaggeration!

Not best earl grey
It has strong black colour which almost seems to be unnatural.and leaves are broken..not full size. Aroma is fresh kind of earl grey but not real original bergamore flavour as it is in european countries. So if there is no better option you can go for it. If you can find tea with more original colour like golden colour and more original flavour than choose a different brand
