We are delighted with the Voltage Converter
This is the second voltage converter I have bought. We are thoroughly delighted with this one. The on off button on the front which enables us to keep it off when not needed as an extra protection from a power surge, the circuit breaker and reset button as an extra button, and even the handle on the top which makes it easier to move are great. It works well and if you want a solid working, well designed voltage converter, this product is excellent.

Very good workmanship and very good customer service. When I bought it, I didn’t care about the power level, and the customer service sent a higher power product, which is a very trustworthy brand. Thanks to this company for bringing China Made in the United States, allowing Americans to buy high-quality products at very affordable prices.

If you want to throw your money away, but this one.
Do not buy this transformer!! I bought it and installed it as a step up transformer from 120V to 220V. I pulled the output into the front panel, and within a week I was not getting any output. I switched to the other output plug and it worked, again for a week and the second output plug stopped working!! I now have a unit that has no output from the output plugs. Obviously the engineering on these output plugs is substandard. DO NOT BUY THIS POS.
