I bought this because putting a weight bar behind my neck and balancing, didn’t feel good to me. Standing in the middle and pulling the weight up feels better and safer. Because of the handles I can also use this for standing presses above my head. And again because of the handles, you can lay it flat on the ground and do deep push ups. I used one of the tools that came with and my own instead of the small bolt one. Putting it together was simple. It came with holders for the weights, the quick easy on ones I got from Amazon are much better!!! The last photo on the far right that I’m not holding is what came with the item, the one I’m holding is the type you should get…Super quick and snug on and off. Loved it but returned it because I thought it was for standard weights. Would love same brand if possible.

I'm a 30 plus year personal trainer and from my experience this bar is built just right. Simple and do the job. It's pretty too. If you desire a Hex bar trust me get this one you won't go wrong

Solid construction, good welds. Finish seems durable. Exactly what I needed. Quality without having to drop almost $400 on a Vulcan .A solid way to do my old guy deadlifts in my apartment without having to have a massive wingspan.

Squats and dead lifts are good with this. Worth the $$$ for at home workouts.

Seems to be made very well. Haven't had it for very long but it's seems great and the knurling is very good

Not sure whether to blame the shipper or the shipping company, but this was the most expensive hex bar I saw on Amazon, and I presume it would be sturdy and work very well. It arrived in a box that looked like it had been retaped. One side of the hex bar was missing completely, as were several of the assembly bolts, which were bouncing around the partially opened box. I was able to return it, but even that was a pain, as the local Staples didn't have a suitable box so we had to tape two boxes together to make it fit. It did get returned and refunded, so I guess, in the end, the outcome was okay. I ordered a different brand for half the price and it arrived in one piece and has been fantastic to use.
