Good, but not very long lasting

It flows and glides easily on eye lids.It does not stay inside the lids or water line for a long time. Starts coming down in a few hours after application.Can use it on lids as an eyeliner too, does dry up too fast so good for more bolder designs.I don't feel the cooling effect that it says it has. So don't know about that.Doesn't really irritate or itch so that's goodLike how black it comes out. Really makes your eye stand out.
