By far the best canned Tuna. Very pricey.
Excellent tuna if you can abide the price. Can not be substituted for raw tuna.

Excellent Quality
I usually buy Bonito Ortiz at local grocery stores, but tired of paying 20 bucks for a can, I gave him a chance bought to 2 cans just to try it, a what a surprise WOW same as Ortiz or slightly better. I will buy more, hope prices doesn’t not go up .I use it for a grate tapa, traditional ensaladilla rusa, or well in empanadas.

Read so many reviews of european, line caught tuna and thought it was worth a try. This was very good but Im not sure I tasted a remarkable difference from the American varieties.
