Authentic Product
Those who are fond of SHIDOL will find the product absolutely alright. The product is made from PUTI Mach (Not from Telesh Mach). I was initially slightly disappointed after seeing the small size of the fishes, But after cooking the taste is absolutely nice and I was happy.

Amazon and Kangsoi
It was during 2006, i came to know a new word, ( buddy ), since then, I have been using this word often, i met a new friend who become one of my buddies, he is from Ladakh, we were together in Bangalore, we even room mates for few years. We explored and experienced together different dishes from Ladakh, tibetian dishes, chutnies and pickles, different dishes of my home town Manipur..My buddy Pema loved eronba and kangsoi.Based on our different routes of life, I am still staying in Bangalore, he is staying at Dharamsala, HP.We still kept in touch, few weeks back, he was telling me that he really missed Kangsoi, he even searched and bought few dried fishes from his local shop, he could not get the unique taste of Kangsoi.I bought a packet of Sengmai Ngari from Amazon for my buddy Pema, seller is from Imphal, Manipur and got it delivered to Dharamsala.I have placed the order on 4 th February, 2022 from Bangalore, and it's got delivered on 13 th February, 2022.He called me up, and I have guided him how to keep it, how to cook Kangsoi.This is beautiful journey so far, thanks buddy for this opportunity to gift you a packet of Ngari, Big credit goes to Amazon & Kangsoi.
