Works like it should
I can't figure out why this has bad reviews. It's a T. It holds the ball, it adjusts height fairly easily without ever falling unexpectedly, it's stable while you're swinging at it... it does everything a tee should do. It's held up to being outside though a texas summer and the rubber hasn't cracked or gone brittle, it's been transported to and from Tball games and practices, and it's been knocked over by a bat more times than I can count. It still looks and performs like it should.If it can handle that type of abuse for 30 bucks, it deserves 5 stars.

Excellent Tee,,,Batter Up!!
I just received this batting Tee recently for my 9-year-old son and it is exactly what I was looking for. First off, the assembly is about 30 seconds. It comes in 3 pieces...the base, the lower tube and the upper tube. There is a single heavy bolt that you screw in (by hand- you don't even need a wrench) and you just screw the bolt into the bottom plate and through the lower tube. You hand crank it until it is tight and then you slide in the upper tube into the lower tube and you are done!The Tee is completely made of rubber which is definitely what you want. Some Tees are made of plastic or have plastic components and that is not what you want because they eventually and often quickly break. This Tee is very solid. So solid that I have offered to let my son's Little League Baseball team use it at every practice so there are now 12 kids beating on it a couple of times a week. I highly recommend this one.
