I have purchased refurbished before without any issues, but I had a terrible experience after purchasing this PS5. The package was missing a charging cable for the controller and the stand for the PS5 itself. It was sent with a random black controller. Both the PS5 and the controller were absolutely filthy. I had to give it a good clean before using it. After it was turned on for the first time, I noticed that it wasn't factory reset as the profile of the previous owner was still on it. And after resetting it and going through general set up process, I was unable to play any type of game without the PS5 crashing and giving an error message. Whether the game was originally for PS4 (which in that case it DEFINITELY shouldn't crash) or for PS5, it would eventually crash. I tried multiple different games with the same result. I went through all the troubleshooting by myself and with PS support until they eventually told me there was nothing else they could do.There is no way that this met any of the Amazon standards for a refurbished product. Definitely do NOT recommend purchasing a refurbished PS5 with this seller. 0/5 stars. Already started the return process.

Came when it was supposed to! This was a refurbished purchase however this console is in EXCELLENT condition! The Ps5 look brand new as if it came right out of the original box! I already had games from my ps4 which crashed for some odd reason. I’m so glad I invested in a refurbished console really affordable. I wish I would have waited for Black Friday though I could have gotten it way more cheaper. Hence I bought this a week before Black Friday started ! No regrets though! A win is a win!

Works perfectly like a brand new one the only thing is a little mass up is the controller the R2 sticks a little bit

I ordered a renewed PS5 from this company, when my Playstation arrived it came in a beat up cardboard box, stuffed with bubble wrap. The Playstation was loose in the box with all the wrap, not secured at all. When I got the console out it was all scuffed up and looked like it had been handled very roughly. When I plugged in the ps5 the blue light would come on, but would not boot up. No sounds came from it, no vibrations like it was trying to run. Just nothing. It was DOA. I paid almost $500 for this machine, and I can't even turn it on. Do not order from this company! This was not a refurbished machine, it was a broken machine they sold without doing any repairs on it at all! It is fraud!

Disk drive did not work, controller was iffy, but worked well otherwise.
