Warning Electric shock risk from illegal UK plug.These illegal non fused 13A plugs are much smaller than normal 13A plugs, largely due the absence of the fuse!, this makes them difficult to plug into a wall outlet, and even more difficult to grip in order to pull back out again. There have even been some instances of the plug falling apart when attempts are made to unplug them from the socket, and even the copper pins coming away when the plug is withdrawn and having a much much smaller body also increases the risk of touching the pins as the plug is being withdrawn, all of these instances will result in live parts being touched and Electrocution. IEEE.

Handy little charger, charged up my 7Ah sealed battery with no issues, I am also glad they have a UK regulated fused socket, As the picture shows just a molded version which isn't UK compliant, so glad that was addressed in the one i received.Happy with my purchase.

I bought this to charge a 12V sealed Lead-Acid battery. No problem.In work, there were two batteries which were discharged and, I suspected, had been left in this state for so long that the cells might not be able to take a charge again.I used this charger and it began to charge the suspect batteries. The red LED glowed and after about twenty minutes, the LEDs indicated that the battery was indeed bad and unrecoverable. I ran the same test on the second battery.So it has proven itself to work for me.
