Very good, soft, comfortable, functional
I've purchased about a dozen watch bands, and this is the first one I am buying again - because I wore it so long, it broke. Leather or stronger silicone would not have broken, but I wore this daily for a long time. I wore it so much because I like it.It is soft, much softer than leather or the resin (plastic) that comes from the factory on Casio watches. Leather bands have their place, but not daily wear for me. Fabric (canvas or woven nylon) can also give a soft and pliable band, but this soft silicone is good.It fits on my relatively small wrist without the end sticking up, because it is not super long, and because it has two sliding loops to "tie down" the band. I usually position one loop near the buckle and the other near the free end. With small wrists, having the free end stick out a lot can get caught on things. This is not a problem with these Barton bands.I like having two sliding loops (tie-downs) in general. The metal buckle is fine, it is easy to open and close and it never discolored. I can see that the metal edges are worn, but it is silver all the way down, it is not plated. I would prefer an engraving on the buckle, but a bad engraving is worse than nothing and this is an affordable band. The metal buckle is frankly better than a plastic buckle, for ease of fastening and durability, but a plastic buckle might have been color-matched. I like the silver accent, though.BIGGEST COMPLAINT: The inner surface of the silicone is gently scored in a square grid, or knurled. This makes it less sweaty than smooth-faced bands, but the little grooves accumulate white gunk, which comes out as white powder when I scratch it. I think this may be dried soap, from hand washing. It may also be dried sweat, but it's really entirely white.Smooth-textured silicone would have a different problem, it would trap more sweat in a liquid state, and possibly become sticky. The only way to avoid these problems is to get a leather band, which I don't want most of the time.I like that it can be removed without a spring bar tool (a V-poker stick), because the spring bars have little knobs that can be actuated with a fingernail. So swapping bands is easy. The band doesn't come off by accident, it is reliable.DURABILITY: It developed some shiny patches on the outer face, likely from rubbing. They look okay. The hole that I used most often looks identical to the others, which is impressive, usually it would be reamed out. One of the sliding loop tie-downs has a chunk missing. And it ultimately snapped apart at one end, coming free of the spring bar and becoming useless. So I am replacing it. But it lasted many hundreds of days, washing dishes and showering with it.STYLE: Very simple, very classy. No logos, even color, rectangular with no flares. My favorite kind of style. The band can rotate like 270 degrees around the spring bar (the lug), so you can lay it flat on a nightstand, you can slip the bands together and it will stand up on a nightstand like a clock. You can keep the watch flat in a pocket.Out of a dozen watch bands, this is the first one I am re-buying. It's good.

It doesn’t irritate skin
I was comcerned that it being silicon rubber it would cause skin irritation like some adhesive bandages do. So far after two days of wear it has not left a mark. It doesn’t show discoloration from sweat and is comfortable to wear around the clock.

For me no, for you yes
Good strap, just didn't wear as nicely as I wanted and therefore was a letdown for me but don't take my word for it because it's a well made strap.

Great choice—it is exactly as described, and fits perfectly.
Great choice—it is exactly as described, and fits perfectly. Since these worked so well, I ordered additional colors, and I would definitely purchase from this vendor again

Exactly what I needed!
I have sized many watch bracelets and changed many batteries, but I don’t have much experience with switching straps. Especially one that is not a bracelet. I recently purchased this watch and didn’t like that the red strap did not match the bezel color. With the correct tools gathered the new strap was on in literally 90 seconds. It is so comfortable, and is exactly the same length as the one I removed. With one keeper closer to the buckle and the other closer to the end of the strap, it doesn’t move at all. The strap end is not going to slip out of the keeper. As soon as I’m done writing this, I’m going to go check the strap width of another watch that I always wanted switched out. Granted I’ve only worn this for 30 minutes, but it seems like it will be very durable. This one is definitely worth a try for you!

Nice soft band
Nice soft band, beautiful deep blue. Not as thick or wide as some other bands, which I like. Would buy again in other colors.

Nice quality, not an accurate color.
Let me just preface this all by saying, I understand this is a very petty, small issue and nothing of any importance, but just putting a review out there for anyone to save a bucks in the future. I have a garmin instinct and as far as size and function, it's great. The only reason I wanted to switch it out for another watch is because it's basically all function and no form. Which I usually value more, but it is nice to be able to install other apps and faces. So, I got this t-rex pro and in those respects, it does do that. 100s of faces and apps. Though, when it comes to things like straps, it seems oddly lacking. Compared to the garmin and even other amazfit watches. I am a fan of OD green, or olive drab. It's sometimes called army green. Most watches have one of these. It's a very popular color for many. That's why it's so bizarre to me that the pro doesn't. The 2 and other models do. I've gotten a few from other companies and Barton and they just aren't OD green. They're much darker or lighter. This one from Barton is NOT OD green. It is more a bright sage green. The other ones on other sites and here, are darker hunter green. Is this a big deal? No. The Barton is comfortable, it's just not accurate to the picture on here. The picture is OD, the actual one, is not. There are nylon ones you can get that are more accurate, but if you want silicon, you're basically out of luck. It's so odd and frustrating, but not the end of the world. Another bit of advice. If you want to often and easily switch straps, just get one strap that has regular or quick release spring bars, like this Barton, and you can just buy any 22mm strop and switch it out without it having to have the middle cut out notch itself. So, good strap, comfortable, just the wrong color.
