Be careful!!
I've had many of these tips break off *in my ear* while rinsing. The system works well and the tips get well into the ear canal, but they are quite fragile and several have snapped off. Fortunately they are easy to retrieve, but it's a bit scary when you take the hose out of your ear and the tip is missing.

BEWARE!! TIPS BREAK OFF IN EAR!
These are NOT safe to use in your ear! I bought these to use with wax rx wash bottle. The tip literally broke off in my ear! I was able to get it out of my ear but these are not safe to use. 0 out of 5 stars.
