Happy I purchased!
I was hesitant to buy these because of the previous reviews, but I made the leap because I really needed these for work. Our generator decals were on our hitlist from our safety audit and I needed new ones (as you can see from the second picture). I order 2 packs and received 5 in each pack. Only downside to these was I couldn’t peel them on the perforated portion, it pulled up the base as well which made it not sticky. I peeled them from the top corner though and it worked out fine.

Says pack of 5 decals and only 1 showed in the envelope.
