I made chicken and rice soup, but with cauliflower.

This is a delicious and convenient alternative to rice. It is easy to prepare in the final moments of meal preparation. A truly must-have addition to the pantry.

Great quality, low carb and low calories, I stir fry it with onions, salt pepper and garlic powder and add one single scoop or regular white rice for texture, yet keeping it low carb and low calories and boom, you got yourself a fat burner body building meal, all you have to add is your protein of choice, I use grilled chicken or shrimps, been doing it for years now and it keeps me lean and shredded. Great product.

This has to be the worst smelling and tasting thing I’ve ever smelled or tasted in a food source. The cauliflower is brownish in color and is awful! Don’t waste your money!I’d give it a zero star but I had to give it one to write the review. There is no return offered for this product.

THis product comes in sealed foiled packages which don't require refrigeration. This is its number one benefit.

Easy to prepare and tastes great.

While these packets are very convenient and versatile, they have a slight off-taste. Even heavily seasoning them (garlic/salt/pepper) that taste still comes through. I still eat them in a pinch, but I don't think I would recommend.
