Nice natural way to have lubricated knees, hips, neck and back. I have had many broken bones in my life and have torn lots of my ligaments. The bottle says use more but honestly I started with 2 caps/day and I'm doing well. Recommend this over more expensive joint supplements and drugs too

Very Good Product
I have been taking this for the past eight years. Personally, it definitely reduces arthritic pain. I previously purchased this at my chiropractor’s office, he would give them to me at a discounted price. I stopped going to my chiro, but found on Amazon!
