Fun and easy to use
I was incredibly excited to see these soda siphons. I needed a few to experiment with, but I didn't want to spend a small fortune on them. They look sleek right out of the box and feel sturdy. The instructions are a little contradictory at one point with the sequence of assembly/disassembly. However, it is easy to spot this and work out the correct sequence. The charges release easily into the chamber, and carbonate whatever beverage you want. It does take a minute to learn to properly dispense your drink, but you have almost a liter to play around with. Overall, I recommend these siphons if you are looking for a cheaper option.

Beware
I bought this product because I wanted a way to have carbonated water without having to buy cases of it along with all the bottled flat water I already buy. What a great idea! Turning the flat water I already have in to carbonated water. I've owned a soda stream in the past. Which works great to makes carbonated water. But I didn't want the larger size of a counter based carbonated water machine. Nor do I actually want to make flavored soda. So I bought this smaller bottle which has it's advantages. It can stored in a cabinet. The small cartridges are convenient and affordable. And simple to use. But, as seen in the attached photo, it leaks under the trigger when dispensing the carbonated water. The rate of the leak is not tolerable. After filling a 12oz glass, approximately 1.5oz leaked from the trigger. This is quite unsatisfactory. Think I'm going to purchase the Soda Stream once again. Which makes perfect carbonated water with 0oz of water leaking from it.

Farily Pleased
I've purchased three Nuvantee Soda Siphons so I can prepare several containers of carbonated water for my day. I've been fairly pleased with the performance of the soda siphon. It bothers me to hear some of the CO2 gas blow by the seals when the bottle charges. This was reduce by using double o-rings on the black tube. I chill the water in the bottle without the cap. I only assemble the bottle when I'm ready to charge the bottle with gas. After charging I return the bottles to the frig for 10-20 minutes before dispensing into a stainless steel travel bottle with screw seal. I leave the Nuvantee disassembled until the next charging to stop prevent having constant pressure on the seals. This process seems to work pretty well for me. A word of caution ... not all 8 gram cartridges are created equal.

Need a larger size
While working full time and in grad school, I was drinking an ungodly amount of diet soda (8-10 aluminum cans) a day. Once my demands lessened when grad school ended, my intake dropped to about three cans a day immediately. Not bad but not ideal, either. On a whim, I bought a bottle of club soda and I realized that I liked the carbonation more than the taste or caffeine in sodas.Fast forward a few months and I found myself going to the store just to buy club soda or seltzer water, which was a huge pain, but I flat out do not enjoy regular water. I started looking around for something to use so I can make it at home and tried this. I do not regret it one bit. Even if you choose not to wait the 10-15 minutes, you still get a good fizz. I bought this size, only anticipating using one container per day. I realize that I should have purchased a larger size. I didn't anticipate using this product that much but I enjoy it that much.Unless instructions are followed exactly and everything is put in its proper place beforehand, this product will not work -- which I like. Instead of flat water and guessing what went wrong, it simply will not pour.MAKE SURE ATTACHING THE CO2 CONTAINER IS THE LAST THING YOU DO. That means every other piece is in place, top is screwed on, etc. Anything else can lead to bad results. I've read where people have difficulty seeing the line. I use an empty one liter bottle of Canada Dry, fill that up with water to where it normally would stop, and pour in. Small design flaw but nothing serious. Also, if you fill up just a little too much, water will leak out. Again, no big deal since it's just water.I'm hoping Innovee makes a larger size before I decide to purchase one that can contain more water.

Decent quality; small quantity
This product works as advertised and seems to be decent quality. After a few mishaps with overfilling during charging, which led to catastrophic bubbling, it is pretty easy to use. It’s only three stars for us though because of the small amount of seltzer it produces at a time. It makes about three cups, which will probably last you a while if you just want a dash in a cocktail. We’ve been using it to mix with juice to make a delicious fizzy drinks, and it feels like it’s constantly needing to be recharged and refilled. If you’re looking for more of a soda-type use case, you’re probably better of with a soda stream or similar.
