Takes time to get it right but works!!!!
The media could not be loaded. It took me about two hours of repositioning all my rocks, and I find that it’s easy to not have the outlet suction cupped to the wall. The hose tends to pop off what I did was angled the rocks and leaned it against, and it holds in place perfectly, also you have to have deep enough sand or you will always see the black inlet tray. I have about two or 3 inches of sand and it’s seamless would recommend! They send you a card that has QR code to their site, and it shows you a video of how to set it up too. So happy, I also bought a pump from another seller that is 210 gph with adjustable flow and it is amazing on full blast! I did have to get my hairdryer and heat up the hose and straighten it, it was so bent!

Not worth the money or headache
The parts are lose. The stream doesn't flow well. I got the recommended pump. The system came apart after the system was setup and shot a couple of pebbles out. Total waste of time and money. Do it yourself videos worked way better and it's cheaper. Return in progress.

It works and looks beautiful in my 55g saltwater aquarium. !
The media could not be loaded. Works great! It's been running for the past few months. Had difficulties setting it up for the first time but once I got it setup it works great!It's running off my Canister filter output of about 500GPH. I made a few modifications to fit my tank.It looks beautiful and steals the show whenever someone comes to visit.I use oolitic argonite sand purchased on amazon which works great!

Cool idea. Not the best execution.
I this is a really cool idea that can work with some adjustments, but it has some really obvious oversights. The base that collects sand is really flat. Instead of being sloped so that the sand slides into the grate in the middle where it’s pumped back up, the sand drains directly over the grate. It’s usually not an issue if you have the right grain size, but sometimes it just sits there without getting pumped upThe biggest issue is the elbow joints. They fall right off the tubing. Sometimes it seems like you can breathe wrong and they’ll pop off.Nonetheless, it does work and is easier than a completely DIY Sandfall, provided you use the pumps on their website (and don’t put the pump anywhere near sand, it will clog and break. If you have sand substrate, tie pantyhose over the inmate and lift off of the sand by propping it up on a rock) and sand with the correct grain size (the white aquarium substrate from petco works great).

Easy to put together
The media could not be loaded. It is amazing. Took a few tries to get it there, but with the help of Dave from support, I managed to put it together, love it!

Clear instructions, support very helpful
When I received my kit, I got all the necessary components. There is a sheet of paper that directs you to their website, which has all the information you need for setting everything up. I wanted some additional guidelines/suggestions, so I sent an email to them and was promptly responded to with a lot of very insightful feedback.
