ONE OF THE BEST PIRCHASES, I have ever made. Very high quality, about 20 to 30 minutes assembly. Excellent Construction and ran literally right out of the box. Could not ask for more. This is definitely an example over providing beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Zipr and all of the staff that helped make this happen.Owner actually called to do a customer service call to make sure everything was satisfactory. When do you ever hear of that?

Consistent with the information on the website, the scooter was easy to assemble. The challenge we have with the scooter is that my father is short (5 ft. 2 in.) and somewhat slender (~150 lbs). The scooter was too small for him to use. His knee hit the steering column and he was not able to swivel the chair. I received a note from the manufacturer that I can order another seat from them, which is fine. But I find it rather odd that as sold, the scooter is too small for my father and that I would have to purchase an additional adjustable seat to try and make it work for him.

It was easy to assemble and runs beautifully. Vey comfortable ride and I liked that the company called me personally to ask about the product, delivery, assembly and more. I am extremely pleased and will recommend them to others.

Love this little scooter, with one exception .... it's a little tipsy. If you're very careful getting on and off it is just great.

I give this product 0 stars. I followed the directions for charging the battery. When I inserted the key to drive the scooter it makes a terrible sound that continues when driving it. I only took it for a test drive down the sidewalk and the speed is so slow I wasn't sure it was going to make it back. Also if you're not used to using a mobility scooter the turning ability of the tiller is very touchy. Also it is difficult getting off and on unless you turn the seat as you have to step over the battery to get off.

The speed of the delivery was amazing.Putting it together was easy.This has really helped me when my legs hurt and don't want to work right.I have very bad neuropathy.

Bunch of bull. Does not last 12 miles on a single charge. I don’t even think it last 2 miles. Not happy😡😡
