Although my package was delivered to my neighboring house instead of my home, the item was simply good as I was hoping it would be. The plasma lighter was quick to burn flammables and is safer to handle compared to my other lighters. What I liked that it used a general charger port (USB) and that it light emitted was fairly lit. I'm glad to have purchased it before it went out of stock.

Works perfectly, and the charge lasts much longer than I thought.It truly is wind resistant.However - dog owners take note:It must emit some type of (inaudible to us) high frequency noise because, every single time I use it, my dog looks over at me. it doesn't seem to bother or upset her, but it may do to other dogs - so be aware.

Purchased this for my son. He spends a lot of time hiking and camping in the mountains. He likes to pack light since he is never sure how long he may hike around. He seemed to like the idea of this lighter. I'm excited to hear how it works out for him.

This is the first electric arc lighter I've purchased and had to return the other 2 as they either were broken out of the box or broke within 1-3 uses(poor shotty wiring?) This lighter looks more rugged and thus far and proved to be just that. I've yet to take it camping, but in the capacity I have used it in it has worked flawlessly. The one time I thought it broke turned out it just needed to be charged. lol that's what you get when you are fascinated with such technology and constantly pull it out to "light it up" for no real reason. Was suggested to get this brand electric arc lighter from someone who has it and I have not been disappointed.

Product worked initially, but it seems to be incapable of charging. I've tried several battery packs, charging blocks, and even USB port on my laptop. Nothing. Looks cool, but that's kind of irrelevant now, isn't it?

I bought this for my husband as a gift. We both thought it was cool but it doesn’t get used because the tip is hard to angle right without burning yourself. I couldn’t light my candles with it because I couldn’t get the right angle. I recommend the stick version.

This unit is nice. The spark is strong and lasts a long time on the battery however like all the other lighters with side charge ports they break. You cannot charge it anymore. For such a short time of use this is a great disappointment. You have to wiggle and hold the power charge cable is an exact position in order to keep it charging. This is not acceptable. I have to down grade my review because I did not get my moneys worth for the short time I had it.
