Megafood Balanced B Complex, 60 Tablets

This B complex works so well for me

I really loved these vitamins, but they kept causing me acid reflux. This B complex has the good source of B12 in it, but the B1 is Thiamine HCL, not the Benfotiamine. I am bummed because it is a challenge to find good food sourced vitamins that a body can absorb easily without side effects. If this company changes their recipe, i will be back. Until then I have to go to another company. 😔

I can feel the effects of this vitamin, I get an energy boost and feel better

I was previously taking another much cheaper brand that blends B-Complex and Zinc into one pill and I find they work the same for me as this Balanced B from MegaFoods (along with MF Zinc). I stopped taking the cheaper brand (Zinc + B-Complex) when I ran out, and had some terrible acne a little while after (it's the zinc that helps most with the acne) - so wanting something "better" I bought this product to take instead. I find that it works exactly the same for me as the cheaper brand (Nature Made), surprising, no?After finishing this bottle I'm likely going to go back to Nature Made since I'd rather take one pill instead of two, and the pills are easier to swallow from Nature Made. This Balanced B pill smells like my dogs food and is bigger than the B-Complex + Zinc from the other brand.I just guessed from all the hype that Nature Made must be crap in comparison to MegaFood, and maybe on some level you could make that argument, but my body responds equally well to both supplements (mind you I take a different B-12 in addition regardless). Oh, and I pee bright yellow after taking both MegaFood Balanced B and NatureMade B-Stress Complex, so I wouldn't say one is being absorbed any better than the other from that measure.Anyway, vitamins are a personal choice of course and every body is different - I'm glad mine likes the cheap stuff just as much.
