Giving four stars - BUT A BIG HEADS UP. DON'T UPDATE YOUR FIRMWARE!
This ink worked great, until I downloaded and installed the latest SG1000 firmware. Apparently the firmware is able to detect generic inks and Sawgrass does not like you to use any ink but theirs. Which is truly a shame because this ink costs $100s less than SG ink. I asked for and received a refund, no questions asked. I have returned the unused ink and I am waiting for genuine sg ink to arrive. Hoping that my printer is not permanently damaged.

Fabulous Color!
All in all I have ordered 5 sets of cartridges for 3 printers. Works excellent with my Ricoh-Africo 3110Dnw printer. My printer had no issue reading the chip.
