If you are looking to buy some silicone lubricant for your treadmill, get this one. Not only is it good for multiple applications at 16 ounces, but it comes with the long syringe to make application very easy. I would get this again just for that!

Oil is great; however, my syringe was cracked during shipment and I had a mess to clean up when I filled the syringe due to the crack in the side of the plunger. What a mess. Will I buy again? No.
