Q: can this sub get muddy

I havent had any actual mud on mine but it has been exposed to water several times. I put one in a speaker cooler that I take river rafting and have not had an issue. Just be sure to put the grill on it for protection.

Q: Can someone provide me box dimensions for this subwoofer with and without vents please?? on the manual it was cut off

Without porting it should be one foot wide by 1 ft high by one foot deep, and some polyfill in there it'll give you a tighter bass sound too

Q: What diameter cut out is needed?

I used the installation template. The holes where cut in 3/8 fiberglass with a router (fine bit edge)

Q: Can I connect this directly to pyle radio plmr38b sub out connections without an external amplifer?

I guess so it has a 2 wire connection black/ red.
