Works Great (for Marvel Legends)
This product works good. I was skeptical at first from the mixed reviews but after i received them and put them together it does the job. I will definitely be purchasing more. I like that the base is small and doesn't take up space so you can pile up more figures around. They work perfect for marvel legends. They seem to hold the wight good without any movement so they are pretty sturdy.

Knuckles approves! Cheap but does the job.
I love how the bases are so small. They work really well to help balance small figures (around 4 inches) and surprisingly balance heavier figures very well even in odd poses! I have some more higher quality stands that I use for my rarer figures just in case, but these are definitely being used in my displays. I added some photos of Knuckles, who is top heavy, to help demonstrate just how good these stands are!Only BIG con is the assembly. Had to use pliers to snap the grips into the plastic. The screws were fine. Taking the pieces out of the plastic also left pointy edges so be prepared to sand or file down the pieces so they don’t scratch your figures. Would recommend for basic figures but not for really special ones as rarer stuff could get damaged by the sharp points.

My favorite stands for dynamic poses!
These are my favorite current stands for Marvel Legends and McFarlane DC Multiverse! On here to buy like my fifth set so thought I’d finally leave a review. These are great for dynamic posing for all but the heaviest characters. The footprint is small which is great for a crowded display case. Great for leaping, running, flying poses. Some things to consider based on other comments I’ve read:- Like all figure stands of this kind you do have to assemble. They come with more than enough screws and bolts in case you lose one in the carpet. Parts are connected together like old model kits — just snap them apart and discard the casing. You may need to trim down some rough edges left over from the casing but not always.- You will need to pick up a small Philips head screwdriver like those found in eyeglass repair kits since one is not included (if you’ve brought other brands before you likely have one laying around).- The screw and bolt joints on these tighten firmly and stay put, better than other brands I’ve tried (like common square based stands you can buy here). Likewise the two pegs, one to the base and one to the grip, stay in nice and tight.- The base is small but works incredibly well to balance figures. Physics I guess!- Each stand has three segments, two longer and one shorter. You can use fewer if you just want a stabilized standing figure. Also I’ve tried them connected in different orders (short long long, long short long etc) and it’s all about the same.- The grip arms are tight and can overlap for a tighter fit for smaller figures. The peg for the grip is nice and tight, again especially compared to some other brands.- I have used these in combination with *museum wax* (the action figure collector’s friend) on the bases for additional stability and poseability.

well..
I was not aware that I would have to build these, but they come with a LOT of tiny screws, and no instructions??? I’m just glad this was a gift and I won’t have to make them myself. i also assumed they would come in a box but I guess I was wrong it just came in plastic. I think if you’re up to a challenge this is good for you, but if you’ve never owned an action figure stand before I don’t recommend these.

Assembly required but incredibly worth it.
I've already bought these stands twice!! They are great to pose 6-in figures or the 1/144 size Gundams (between 5-6 inches). These are fairly easy to assemble but do require snippers and a little screwdriver to complete. They don't come fully made but if you have the above tools will be fine. Even if it's just a little screwdriver you can cut off the little plastic knobs that hold it to the tray that it comes in. There aren't any instructions but it's pretty straightforward you can also mix and match how you put the arms together in order to get some more range of movement for the stands. I use these for figures that can fly like Iron Man or Captain Marvel and jumping figures like Spider-Man or Daredevil. Also good to just prop up top heavy figures. Depending when you buy the stands, it's about $1-$1.50 for stand which is really good. Tenoutten would suggest.

Buyer Beware
Fellow Collectors,Hence, give this purchase some severe consideration before clicking and moving forward. As a loyal Black Series figure collector for several lines, I had to stop after making two out of the ten proved in the bag.The concept is good, but the delivery sucks big time!!Look elsewhere if you are trying to use this in a photograph for display purposes. It was a genuine disappointment, as it was presented as if we those passionate collector concerns and dreams had finally been fixed.

These are the stands you're looking for
Trying a bunch of other stands I wasn't expecting much as I've had a string of bad experiences. That ended here with these stands, despite the small base they are surprisingly sturdy. The joints can all be tighten and the part that holds the figure has a tight grip. It's fairly easy to balance them and the figures hold a variety of different poses in the air. The base also takes little space so you can pose a bunch of them together jumping at or away from each other.I am very impressed and will be getting more of these and replacing all of my wide stands.
