Q: What are hidden in the "natural flavors"?

Good question to ask Solgar! I don't know, but a while back I learned from hearing the Vanilla Queen (Google her) on radio that GMO yeasts are used to produce the so-called "natural flavor" of vanilla. This has become such a widespread practice that it actually threatens the cultivation/production of real vanilla orchids for the real Vanilla. I would not necessarily shun this product just because of the GMO yeasts, but I LOVE real vanilla (my favorite flavor) and really HATE the taste of Solgar's *vanilla flavored* Whey to Go! Otherwise, I'd find it a superior product – better than any other protein powder I've tried – whey, pea, etc. I've intended for a while to go to Solgar's website to request that they try a version using *real vanilla*, since I otherwise love their product (mostly use chocolate flavor because of this). I've noticed at least one other Amazon reviewer complained about the weird "vanilla" taste. Whenever I get round to it, I plan to tell Solgar that I'd be willing to pay more for their product if they used real vanilla, rather than whatever their yucky "natural flavor" is.

Q: Does whey to go still offer the non "grass fed" version of their chocolate protein powder? the grass fed tastes different (not good)

The product that I have says 20g of grass-fed protein. I am n9t aware of the product you mentioned. You may have to contact the company - contact info should be on their website.

Q: Does this contain dairy?

Yes, it is considered dairy. Whey is a protein found in cow's milk. Because I have an allergy to dairy, I'm unable to use whey protein. This product also contains steviol which I am also unable to consume. I hope this helps you.
