When I first received the shoes I thought they were far too narrow to fit well. I was pleasantly surprised to find they fit perfectly and after wearing them a few times to break them in a bit, they go on and off easily. I find them quite comfortable and perfect for my weight training, including my 30 minute warm-up on the treadmill.

They fit great if you use the chart. Comfortable and no need to break them in, soft and flexible.

It’s good for its price however it may be a little “narrow” other than that it has very good grip to the matt!

After being injured and unable to participate in combat sports and martial arts for the better part of 7 years. I started my physical rehabilitation and training with these wrestling shoes. I gotta tell you, these shoes are fantastic! They are lightweight, comfortable, and the grip is solid. With these guys I won my green belt and got my self moving in the right direction. I use them for the gym as well and these have no extra padding for funding so if you want balls to the wall full effort for cardio I say you look no further than right here guys.

I have used mat shoes in the past so I had a good idea what to expect. These shoes are good quality, mat shoes tend to run a bit narrow in the front of the foot so be sure to get a size that would fit you right.

Didn’t last more than half the season. They don’t make them like they used to.
