I may not exactly be qualified to give an opinion here as I'm no expert on balsamic ANYTHING lol. This was an ingredient in a recipe I saw on YouTube that I wanted to try and since I had no idea what kind of balsamic vinegar to get, I went with this one after doing a little bit of research. 4 different flavors AND on sale, terrific, bought it, used it and LOVED IT! Have only 1 bottle left, now I'm using balsamic vinegar for other recipes and they turn out great every time. Just thought it might be worth mentioning to some of you!?

I could totally just drink these balsamic straight from the bottle. Especially the Blackberry and the Fig

We have purchased these for ourselves & as gifts. They arrive in high quality dark foam molds in a high quality box so makes a great gift as is. The taste is a robust balsamic so not much is needed, making them last.The fruit is almost undetectable which is something that could be improved. Wish they came in glazes too!

I really like this product, use it every day on salad. The taste is excellent.

At many Italian restaurants, we have enjoyed little plates of balsamic vinegar & olive oil with French or Foccasia Bread for dipping. We could make that a meal in itself before dinner is served! When I came across this set of different flavors of balsamic vinegars, I was so anxious to try them! WOW!!! These flavored balsamic vinegars are awesome! They can be eaten with just about anything! We even dip our frozen fish filets & tater tots at home!!! You can make a few leaves of lettuce outstanding when you drizzle a little EVOO & this delicious stuff!!! This makes everyday meals a more exciting! We drizzle a little on butternut squash or green beans adding a little zing. If you haven’t tried these yet, then today is the day to liven up your meals. What a delicious & healthy addition to your pantry. Wake up your taste buds with these wonderful flavors!!! You will LOVE THESE!

For some reason I thought I'd it were from Modena or would have a nice rich consistency. It's thinner than the stiff I buy from Costco. Great product/price-point for a gift. It just wasn't what I was expecting.
