I almost threw up from the taste I do not recommend I poured it out to prevent the urge to retake. Please read the other review and do not believe the 4 stat rating. It does numb the throat but to do so you must suffer the horrendous taste and it's not worth the suffering. I hope your sore throat gets better and your taste buds remain intact unlike me and one other unfortunate tester.
