From the product label: Solaray combines "ascorbic acid with palmitic acid, resulting in a fat-soluble form of esterified vitamin C known as ascorbyl palmitate." Based on the ingredients and description on the bottle, this is indeed a liposomal form of Vitamin C. Solaray is a very reputable company.
