The instructions were way too small to read. I put my readers on and I still couldn't manage it. (Yes I am blind and have an infection). So I have taken one first thing in the morning and one in the evening. I figure they are too tiny do any damage if I am taking too many in one day. I have been doing this for two full days. The infection is about 30% better. Sure would be helpful if their instructions could be found online.

It did absolutely nothing for me, not one symptom was helped. Do not waste your money

Worked well for my child’s diaper rash. We also used a homemade topical cream but saw the results from the pellets within 24 hours. Will use it again.

This made the sides if my stomach break out in rashes....had to stop taking it.... I guess maybe it pulling something out of skin BUT it was itchy and I just couldn't. Started taking 3 instead of 5, they seemed to help but I stopped taking them
