We tried to follow the instructions and apply early and we were disappointed. So now I just use as a lube regardless of what the instructions say. IT works amazing. When first applied it is very slippery, then it wears away. But by then her juices will be flowing and I get full feeling. The result is far better sex. Also, other lubes have caused my wife to get bumps down there. We have never had any trouble with this.

Opened the product. Its consistency is water like. The product is so thin that it is almost impossible to use. similar in viscosity to mineral oil. Not good value

This was purchased for my husband who underwent prostate surgery (only spared one set of nerves) last May. Unfortunately, this gel has not proved helpful with his condition. That said, we are trying many approaches to his ED and this gel might be much more helpful to a man not in his condition.
