Total Junk - Do Not Buy OccuNomix 969-FR MiraCool FR Hard Hat Pad with Shade
Way too small, does not cover ears correctly or enough of the neck. Needs redesigned to fit above the hard hat suspension with slots sewn to slip the suspension lugs through, not mounted underneath against your head. Immediately makes the top of your head hot/sweaty when put on as designed. Just look at the manufacturer's picture and you can see it bunches up at the back. The picture is also deceptive because if you actually pull it up so the upper pad is flat on your head you lose 2 more inches in neck length.

Best purchase for working outdoors.
I've worked outside the past 6 years. Everytime I would get out the shower and would dry off my neck was always super tender! I bought this and no longer have that issue. 10/10.
