Nice but tricky to put together.
I usually can put things together fairly quickly and easily. This weight bench was a little tricky because of the directions and it doesn't come with any tools. All together it probably took me 2 hours to put it together. If you're not comfortable putting things together this bench probably isn't the one for you. At times I was getting quite frustrated. But it is a sturdy bench once you put it together.

Not very sturdy
Well..I had read the reviews and I have to disagree on them. I have to say it's not sturdy and one part on the front bar below is bent so that doesn't help matter. I bought this for our son for Christmas his 12 so for the price and size works for kids but grown adults I would say no! So I would say for kids to start out with this bench then sure. But I'm not giving 5 Star since it's not sold on the sturdy part.

Unstable, wobbly and limited function
The media could not be loaded. I got this bench for its space saving aspect, however that same ability makes it wobbly and unstable. (video)The quick pins do NOT lock in place, seem half the size that they should be and can be knocked out easily and unintentionally. (video) Bench pressing is a bit cumbersome and uncomfortable for me. I am 6ft. You have to crawl under the barbell, so watch those quick pins!The "dips" function is sketchy due to the wobble and instability. I would say it fails that selling point. Dips maybe work, if you weigh less than 75lbs.The instructions are written in jumbled paragraphs in font size 4.Overall, this bench seems made for children or very small adults. It will function for bench press, but check all pins with every use and use a lot of caution. Is it worth $90? Maybe, if all you want is to bench press, but if you bench 150lbs or more, then you should consider something more robust.
