Very satisfied owner after 1 year
We live in a first floor flat with 20 windows and this cleaner has been brilliant. It's not perfect but if you change cleaning cloths regularly (and you get plenty) then the result is good. Never had a failure to stick in over a year and for a town centre flat it's a great investment.

Does not work and then have to pay for return
This product doesn't work and have to pay for it to be returned to china which cost a third of the price of the product do not risk your money

Good product but can’t replace professional cleaning
Good product for cleaning higher and not accessible windows. However, if you have an option to wash your windows by hand- you would prefer to do it yourself as it still leaves some visible circles and leaves out the edges. Our windows are very high and we are still happy with the purchase.Security note: suction is strong but the device may still detach when going through the rough edges. It is always worth securing it with the appropriate rope length.

Disliked is the small hole to fil the water, other than that it's a great piece of kit.
