AMAZING for this first time cup user!
I'm 1 year post partum and just got my first period. It was a monsoon of blood, which never happened before, and I was soaking through a tampon and pad together, every hour. I've always wanted to try a cup or a disk so I gave it a try, anything to help this mess I'm dealing with. I got the 2 pack of large and small since I wasn't sure if this flood would be everytime now. I tried the large as soon as the package arrived today and it went in pretty easy which surprised me. I recommend watching a video first since I had no clue how I was supposed to open it up inside. I left a pad on just in case I did something wrong, but didn't need it. I went back 4ish hours later to check up on things down there, and no leaks! So I was mentally preparing myself to remove it, telling myself I won't rip my cervix out and my bathroom won't look like a scene from Psycho. I pinched the bottom and felt a little pull when I tried to break the seal, but it wasn't painful, and it came right out with a little tug. The lip felt a little rough as I was pulling it out, but not painful and Def not enough for me to stop using it. I might just try the smaller size. So all in all I'm very happy with this cup. After 4 hours on the heaviest period I've ever had, it was about half way full...so if I can go atleast 8 hours before it fills up on days like today, and not worry about ruining my pants, bed, couch, or floors everytime I sit down, that's a win for me. 10000% recommend. I'm saving around 20$ a month on tampons and pads which is great, I'm not paranoid and always checking my pants, there is no discomfort AT ALL so I can forget about having my period, and there's so much less waste going into the earth. My mom's jealous that she never had this when she was younger. If you're thinking about trying it, just get it. I'm only on day one and I know I'm in love with it. The cup itself is very soft to the touch, flexible but still kind of firm, and I like the little pouch to hold it. Very happy with this cup!!

BUY IT!!!
These cups are amazing! I will never go back to tampons. I'm a complete beginner with menstrual cups and had no issues whatseover.ECO FRIENDLY: My main motivation was to find an eco friendly alternative to tampons since the cardboard applicator ones that I normally buy are getting hard to find locally.INSERTION: I was able to easily insert the purple cup the first first time with no issue. It's easier to insert than a tampon. I was happy to learn the cup suctions to the vaginal wall rather than around the cervix, because my cervix is extremely sensitive and also kind of high up and tilted so no thanks lol. The cup doesn't really go that far inside you which is good. Once inserted, the cup felt very secure and it's easy to run your finger around it and tug at the stem to ensure it's placed correctly. I like having the stem and don't plan to trim it.FIT: I bought the small/large combo set since I had no idea what to expect. The purple and white cups look close in size so I measured the capacity with a medicine dropper. The white one is slightly larger. Technically since I've given birth vaginally and I have heavy periods then I should use the larger one, but the smaller one fit perfectly. I have a petite frame so idk if that has anything to do with it. I will keep the larger one just in case as a backup because there really isn't a big difference in size so I'm sure it would be ok too.FUNCTION: I'm 36 and I've always had very heavy periods and usually stain my clothes and sometimes my sheets every single month no matter how hard I try. Using this cup was the first time in ***years*** I haven't stained anything. I almost forgot I was even on my period. It worked perfectly.REMOVAL: Removing the cup is a bit tricker than a tampon because you have to fold it as it comes out, otherwise it stretches the vaginal opening a bit and it's uncomfortable due to the rigid plastic. But I got pretty good at it after a few tries and it doesn't hurt at all, even if you do it wrong.Overall this is one of the best purchases I've ever made in my life. I feel cheated that I didn't know have this 20 years ago when my periods started.

It works but…not for high cervix
Was very hard to get inside, once it was in without opening and hurting me, it felt uncomfortable even with pushing it in further but once I moved my body around it found it’s way to be comfortable. It was especially hard to take out because I could barley reach the stem I had to squat all the way down and squeeze and push my pelvis forward as if I was giving birth to get a grip on the stem. I had to pull the stem down to be able to touch and squeeze the base to release suction, definitely do not have nails. I think I have a high cervix so I may try others that fit better. Definitely a cheap and good starter cup if you’ve never tried cups before because like me you don’t know what kind of cervix you have.
