Quilled Creations Savvy Slotted Quilling Tool

I am back increasing my rating to five star. Below is my old post. As you can see, I was terribly frustrated that this tool broke so easily (ok, I admit, I did drop it on the floor). But I realized after going back to using my old quilling tool how nice this one had been. So I swallowed my pride (after having given this a low rating and doing all that complaining) and ordered a new one. So glad I have it. It really is the best quilling tool for making tight centers in your coils. It saves so much time not to have to go back with tweezers - as I described in my first review. I really do love this tool and I will just have to be careful not to drop it or mishandle it. I've decided to buy a third one to keep in reserve, it is that good._____________________________________I loved this tool for a couple of weeks. It indeed does make beautiful coil centers. I no longer had to go back into my work with tweezers and re-coil the little hanging tab in the center and the whole coil was beautifully balanced. The tool is very comfortable in the hand, as well. I really was happy with this tool. Unfortunately, the metal tip came loose from the shaft after only a short time, rendering the tool useless. I tried to fix it back with superglue, but in the process the whole tool became mobile and the part that is supposed to turn as you coil no longer does so. I am sad. Please upgrade this product so it does not break and I will buy five of them!!

Great tool for quilling, you can hold it against your hand and twirl the paper easy.

I used one of these QuilledCreation coiling tools for years until it finally broke down. It made the coiling process so easy, I forgot I had arthritis in my fingers (well, almost). Was pleased to see I could get another through Amazon. I noticed some comments bemoaning the shipping fee. I'd love it to be free as much as the next person but since shipping is billed on the whole order (not per item), I took the opportunity to order fine-tip scissors and a circle sizer along with the coiler. All great quality and the seller includes clever hacks and ideas along with instructions for use. The instructions are worth following carefully for best results. Highly recommend.

This is absolutely the BEST quilling tool! I have bought several different types and this is my “go-to” tool. I ordered a few items from this company (all great products), and I only had to pay one shipping fee. Delivery was faster than estimated too! This one is better quality than any other slotted quilling tool I have found online.

One of the things that I’m learning about paper quilling is that you kind of want that center hole in each coil to disappear. This tool is the closest I’ve come to eliminating that center. It has a very thin quill that allows you to coil up to 1/4” paper. That quill is the tiniest I’ve used so far. It’s been my go to quill since I received it - even over my battery powered one.

I love what it's supposed to do but too often, I find the paper slipping back as I'm rollling it.

I have always used a straight old fashioned quilling tool. When I would quill for hours, my tool would eventually hurt my palm. I had to keep adjusting it because it would slide off. This one doesn’t have any of those problems. The slot is skinnier than my last one but I will adjust. Or I need stronger glasses. I wish I had ordered this tool earlier.

I only was capable of quilling about 7 flowers before it broke on me! I was expecting better durability! Used this cute tool for my light cardstock wallart. It broke the same day I got it! I'm very disappointed!
